Trusted Network · One Relationship, a Whole Team

The whole team, one phone call.

A commercial deal takes more than a broker — financing, insurance, legal, appraisal, title, construction, environmental, and tax all have to line up. I’ve spent years building a network of professionals who actually perform, so you get a vetted team that already knows how to work together.

Financing

Commercial lenders & SBA

Conventional, bridge, and SBA 504/7(a) lenders for owner-occupied and investment deals — matched to your property and profile. Start with the borrowing-power tool.

Insurance

Property & business insurance

I’m also insurance-licensed, so coverage — property, liability, business — can be handled directly or through trusted carriers, without a disconnect between your lease/loan and your policy.

Legal

Commercial real estate attorneys

Lease review, purchase contracts, entity structuring, and closings — attorneys who actually do commercial work, not a generalist learning on your deal.

Valuation

Appraisers (MAI)

When a lender or a dispute needs a certified appraisal, MAI appraisers who know the South Florida submarkets. For a fast, free estimate first, use the BOV tool.

Closing

Title & closing agents

Title search, escrow, and closing coordination that keeps deals on schedule and clean.

Construction

General contractors & buildout

Vetted GCs for tenant improvements and ground-up work — get a real bid, then I make the landlord fund as much as possible. Estimate first with the buildout tool.

Design

Architects & space planners

Test-fits, permit sets, and space planning so you lease the right amount of space — not too much, not too little.

Diligence

Environmental (Phase I/II)

Environmental consultants for lender-required Phase I and, when flagged, Phase II — critical on industrial and older sites.

Tax

1031 intermediaries & CPAs

Qualified intermediaries to keep a 1031 exchange compliant, plus CRE-savvy CPAs and cost-segregation specialists. See the 1031 timeline tool.

Management

Property managers

Owners who’d rather not self-manage: vetted commercial property managers across the tri-county area.

How it works: tell me what your deal needs and I’ll make the introduction to the right person — vetted, responsive, and no markup to you. You can use your own professionals anywhere you have them; the network fills the gaps.

Need a lender, attorney, GC, or appraiser?

Tell me what you’re working on and what you need, and I’ll connect you with the right professional from my network — and stay coordinated across the deal. Free.

Introductions are provided as a courtesy; each professional is independently licensed and responsible for their own work. No referral fees are charged to clients.

Frequently asked

Do you charge for these introductions?

No. Connecting you with the right lender, attorney, contractor, or appraiser is part of representing you well. You get vetted professionals; I don’t add a markup.

Why go through you instead of finding these myself?

Because I work with these people on real deals and know who performs. A weak lender, a slow closing agent, or a generalist attorney can cost you the deal or real money. One relationship gives you a whole team that already coordinates.

What if I already have my own professionals?

Great — use them. I’ll coordinate with whoever you trust. The network is there when you have a gap, not a requirement.
